Vanessa Ting is able to attend in-person retail buyer meetings as a member of your team to take notes, present slides, be your second line of defense in answering questions, identify questions to ask the buyer, and suggest next steps/proposals to the buyer.
Her role can be either in an active capacity (steer the meeting, ask questions, make suggestions, manage time and flow) and/or passive role (take notes, present slides, be your second line of defense in answering questions, identify questions to ask the buyer, suggest next steps/proposals to the buyer).
And, after the buyer meeting, provide a “post-game” analysis from the buyer’s perspective and help develop internal next-steps.
All in-person meeting accompaniment comes with a store-walkthrough beforehand to see the store and assortment from the perspective of the buyer. This allows you to speak about the store, assortment and merchandising strategies with greater confidence.
